- Nutritional & Lifestyle Assessments are designed to identify individual lifestyle and health goals, stress level, and current nutritional, sleeping and exercise habits.
- Nutritional & Lifestyle Analysis of your assessment results, unique health needs and goals are used to evaluate your health needs and to develop recommendations, meal plans, recipes. As well as a personalized food and lifestyle journal is included to help track your progress towards achieving your goals.
- Personalized Wellness Program is provided to include a holistic plan that considers your unique nutritional, lifestyle, stress and mindset needs.
- Nutritional & Lifestyle Coaching is provided to support you throughout the duration of your program.
